A hang ups were. Filter was on too tight, got a locking vice pliers for oil filters. Oil drain plug was 13mm and the oil splatters out explosively. Lol
4.3 liter v6 engine takes 4.5qt or 4.3l of oil 5w-30 grade
also super tech filter st3387 or fram same number 3387
