Drill batteries wont charge or charger says defective battery? Here I show you how to get a little longer life out of your drill batteries before replacing them. Super easy trick. Basically if your battery voltage gets down below a certain point, the charger and/or BMS system on the battery wont let you charge them even if you try to jump start the battery to raise the voltage from the external terminals. Remove the cover and charge the pack at the batteries internal terminals (bypass the bms)to get the voltage high enough to allow the charger to fully charge and balance the pack. I tried not to edit to much so you could see the entire process which took less than an hour. Enjoy
