New Avalon – is the result of North American research and engineering efforts in the design of the car. Appearance sedan and interior design have been developed talented team Calty Design Research Inc. in South-ern California and Michigan. Engineering made dedicated group of Toyota Technical Center in Ann Arbor. The car itself is assembled in Georgetown, Kentucky.
Improved dynamics Avalon

Compared with its predecessor, the new Avalon a little more com-pact. New 17-inch and 18-inch alloy wheels and tires complement the dynamic expression of the vehicle.
The main elements of the exterior design include: Double-eye PES (Pro-jector Ellipsoid System), headlamps with HID (High-Intensity Discharge) and elegant DRL (Daytime Running Lights), which obespeivayut excellent visibility at night, helping to identify dangerous road sections. In 2013, Avalon includes the latest advances in technology Toyo-ta Hybrid Synergy Drive, developed by the company for 14 years. Avalon Hybrid has a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine, 244.8-volt nickel-metal hy-dride battery and a pair of electric motors.
Avalon Hybrid achieves a total system power of 200 horsepower and of-fers three unique modes of operation: EV, ECO and SPORT. Avalon Hy-brid models consume 1 gallon to 40 miles in the city and 1 gallon per 40 miles on the highway.
